Notes: Make contact by telephone, or attend a drop-in session Mon-Fri 10am-4pm for a short initial assessment interview. You will then be either signposted to other resources or organisations, or offered an appointment (in person or over the phone) with one of our advisors or with a caseworker. Home Visits Service available if you are elderly, disabled or have caring responsibilities, ring 0113 281 6705.
