Privacy and Cookies

How we gather personal information

We will collate details which may include your name, email address, contact address and telephone number when you:

  • Subscribe to our services
  • Complete an online form via the website
  • Contact us by email or telephone.

Details of your visits to the website, such as traffic data and other communication data for statistics purposes may also be collated.

We also use Google Analytics to gather data on the number of people accessing this website, where they are accessing from, what pages they visit, and what technology they are using. Google Analytics cannot identify you personally, but does allow us to understand our users as a group, for example by recording what browsers are being used.

How we use your personal information

We use your personal information to provide you with access to our services, responding to your queries and dealing with your requests.

If your consent is given, we may contact you to market and improve upon our products and services.

We may use your personal data for research and statistical analysis purposes.

We need some personal information before we can provide our products and services to you, for example to allow us to check your identity or to process your subscription payment.

To provide you with access to the website and our services we share personal information with our IT partners who process your data on our behalf.

Where you have given us permission we may send information via a 3rd party mail automation company, currently Mailerlite .com.

Keeping personal information

We will retain your personal information securely for:

  • A period of 12 months from the termination date of your subscription
  • Up to 12 months when you have completed an online form via the website
  • Up to 12 months when you have submitted a request by email

We may retain your data for a short time beyond the specified retention period to allow information to be reviewed and deletion to take place.

Your consent

Sometimes we need your consent to use your personal information (for example for marketing).

We won't always need consent to use personal information – for example, where there is a threat to life.

Where you have given us consent, you have the right to withdraw it at any time.

Our partners

Our IT partners will not distribute, share or use your personal data for any purpose other than its intended use in processing on behalf of ourselves.

Mailerlite .com will never share, sell or rent personal data to anyone or any third party for any reason.


What are cookies?

Cookies are pieces of information are used to improve services for you through, for example:

  • enabling a service to recognise your device so you don't have to give the same information several times during one visit
  • recognising that you may already have given a username and password so you don't need to do it for every web page clicked
  • measuring how many people are using services, so they can be made easier to use and there's enough capacity to ensure they are fast

Cookies for managing your current visit
